Shopify FAQ
Extenda GO has by default no option for multi product attributes. Beside that we have a setting where it’s possible to create seperate attributes for size and color. To accomplish this you have tot insert product variations with a “size / color” value inside Extenda. These values will be split into seperated options. Option 1 = Size, Option 2 = Color. Please be aware that all your product variants needs to be a similar notation!
Yes, that’s possible. In our app/plugin settings you can determine how the product processing took place.
Yes, that’s possible. In our install wizard you can select your platform of choice. It’s also possible. not adviced, to change this setting. Default we will use Extenda GO als product management.
Yes that’s possible. Check the SETUP tab in our plugin or app. Here you can trigger the export of import action. This will put all existing products into a queue for proccessing. Please be ware that this can take some tim depending on the amount of products.

For the Woocommerce connection, this is a direct connection where no data is stored externally.
For Shopify / Wix and CCV Shop this runs thru our platform. Order data is processed immediately. Product and stock changes are kept for 7 days for control and backup
